All products in our store are digital downloads. Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to download your files instantly on the order confirmation page. As well, you’ll receive the link by email.

Since some of our files can be rather large, they are hosted on Dropbox for faster, more reliable delivery.

  1. Click the download link provided after your purchase or in your confirmation email.
  2. A Dropbox page will open showing the file.
  3. Click the Download button in the upper right corner (you do not need a Dropbox account to do this).
  4. Choose Direct Download if prompted, and your file will save to your computer or device.

If you have trouble with the link, contact us and we’ll make sure you get your files.

Please check your spam or junk mail folder first. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order number and we’ll resend the link.

Most files come in PDF or PNG format, which can be opened on any computer, tablet, or phone. If you have trouble opening a file, let us know and we can guide you through it.

Yes! All files are designed for easy home printing. Please ensure your printer settings are set to print at actual size or 100% to optimize print quality. You can also take the files to your local print/copy shop if you prefer.

Not all computer monitors and settings are the same, so the colors you see on-screen may differ from the final printed product. Print results are also dependent on the quality of the printer, ink/toner, and type of paper used.

Sometimes your computer opens the PDF in the default web browser (which makes black boxes appear around images when you print). It happens when trying to print from the preview URL when it opens in a new tab. To prevent this, download the file to your computer FIRST, then print. Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader (FREE) – rather than a preview application on Macs or web browsers.

Because digital products can’t be returned, we don’t offer refunds after files have been downloaded. If you experience an issue with your purchase, please reach out so we can help resolve it.

No. All products are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not share, sell, create anything in part or in whole based on the download, upload to a website, application, or shared drives that enable access to anyone other than you, or redistribute the files in any other way.
